wordless wednesday: the picture that shoulda, woulda, coulda...

This past week has been a whirlwind. I have taken pictures, but as I looked at all the pictures none of them told the story of just how my week really has been.

So my wordless Wednesday is this...small blurbs of scenarios I shoulda taken a picture of...because they woulda been perfect for a wordless Wednesday post!

Vanessa and I went to Massage Envy to get massages. We were both newbies, and decided that it would be perfect to get a couples massage so we could be there for moral support. We walked in to the room, and you could tell we were both looking around for a little dressing room...um, there wasn't one. We giggled like we were 12 when we realized we would have to dress down in front of each other! =)

Between teething, the flu, two colds, 6 month old shots...Vin has been a gem (insert sarcasm here). There has been more laundry going on in our household than you can imagine, and it is not just from throwing up! Sunday was the BEST blow out Vin has ever had, he really out did himself. It went all the way up to his neckline. It was the kind of blow out that makes you not wanna eat for hours after. I really should have taken a picture for you folks. It would have either made you vomit, laugh, or it would have been very good birth control.

I got "Tango" washed, waxed, and detailed this week. It was definitely picture worthy for that 2 hours until a bird decided to make a mockery of it.

I am sure that I coulda come up with at least a few more stories to leave you with visuals. I will save those for another day.

{5} Pay it Forward Friday

Thrilled that Fall is officially here. I can wear orange every day, and not one person asks me if I am going hunting. When I saw this Halloween decor, I got giddy inside.

Georgie Tees is closing up shop...snag a great deal on a cute baby tee. Vin got one, and I was sad he grew out of his soo fast.

I got a "kick" out of this Wordless Wednesday...thanks Aubrey!

I got an email from Lindsey saying that her friend was one of the people that lost a house in the Herriman fire. If you can help in anyway...shoot me an email.

My weight went up...just a little.
196 as of tonight.

Depressing? Maybe just a little.

Did I know that it was going to go up? Why yes I did.

I eat when I am stressed, depressed, and when I am lacking sleep.

I went into survival mode after having Vin be sick, Van be sick, Dr appts, and a few other bumps this week. Honestly I am just glad that I didn't gain everything back!

It will have a better week, because I can't embarass myself with this weight loss.

We are anxiously counting down birthdays in these parts! We love the next 3 months! Last year we bought Van a twin bed set, and really over did it on her birthday. As we were shopping, spending, and having the merchandise delivered on her birthday morning...I was thinking in the back of my mind...how am I ever going to top this birthday next year!?

In the recent months, as you all know, I have worked with CSN stores. I have definitely found this to be my go to site this year for Van's birthday, and it will be for Christmas as well. I have never been an online shopper until now...thanks for CSN stores. I can shop in the comfort of my home and pj's, and they even offer FREE shipping on a lot of their merchandise. So really why wouldn't I shop online, and save me from having to deal with lines, different stores, and all with a baby in tow.

Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue

Van and I were invited to preview Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue. Radio Disney was there pumping up the crowd, kids were dancing in the isles, and all the little one's were anxiously awaiting the movie to begin.


I am definitely no movie critic, but man we loved Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue. I thought that the music was phenomenal...totally caught my attention from the very beginning.

Of course it will definitely be something that we will add to our movie collection.

Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue will be available in stores September 21st...which is today. Are you going to go and get it, because I know we are!!?
