Yes, I have a quote wall at work. It is filled with all the stupid, funny, random stuff people say while I am there. I usually find this stuff either absolutely hysterical or inappropriate, which is why it makes it on the wall for all to see. I will admit some of them were even said by yours truly, Von!

I totally have a quote wall... and it looks creepily similar to yours, except the paper is purple. Too funny. We had it in college. I haven't used it for awhile though.

We had a quote board in an apartment in college! So fun!
Once somebody said, "I lick hot knives." I don't remember what it was about, but every time I pull a hot butter knife from the dishwasher, I think of the quote. (I don't actually lick it, though. I'm not a freak.)
