Thankful Thursday!

As I was trying to come up with something to blog about this morning I decided
how many little things make me so happy and that I'm thankful for!
So, here is a little glimpse in to Evonne's Simple Life!
*The rain...so I don't have to spend $$ on watering my lawn! =)
*Joshua Radin (singer, and new fav) in the car...blasting of course!
*The TANNING bed...not only gives me peace and quiet for 25 minutes,
but tan fat always looks better than white fat!
*Buttery salt and cracked black pepper popcorn...sounds gross, so good!
Ask Emily about it!
*Chocolate animal crackers...so cheap, and delicious!
*Savannah snuggling with me in the morning. It makes me sleep so much better.
*New underwear! Doesn't it make you feel so much better,
and maybe even a little sexier?
*My cell phone! (How did I live so long without one, so convenient!)
*I love Clorox wipes, and honestly can go through about 1 container a week!
*When Savannah listens the first time I ask! THE BEST!
*Being healthy. (After months of feeling like I wasn't myself, it's nice to be back!)
*Not cooking!
*Magic Erasers...they get anything off, and I have the mop too!
(Thanks to Amber and the coloring on the tile episode with Savannah!)
*My camera =)
Honestly my list could be endless.
There are so many things that I know I take for granted.
I really am thankful for everything I have!

Those are all good things, its nice to make a list because I am always forgetting all the things I am thanksful for....I wish I would have been more grateful as I was going through the process of life, because sometimes it comes to late!

What a good list! Ok seriously I've gone to the exact same links that you have for cute blogs and I follow it and still it won't work!!
What a small world it is!! Susan was in our ward but then we got split so I don't get to see her as often anymore, but she is one of the nicest people I know!! Yes I'm happy you found me too!! What does Paul do for his business?

I love tanning beds too! Someone said to me the other day that tanning beds are soooo from the 90's. I don't really care, they make me happy and make me feel skinny too! I am happy that someone knows how I feel. We need to meet and do lunch!!!!

Callee,
How old are you? I shouldn't ask, but I'm wondering how close in age we are. =) Someone said that tanning beds are outdated...where have I been? I love that my cottage cheese is covered up by some color. Call me crazy!
I guess I am starting to show signs of aging. That would be fun to go do lunch with a bunch of the blogging girls.

Tiffany,
Paul does vending machines full time for his business. It sounds silly, but that is how we make our $$. Well, I have used all of those links, but that hasn't happened on them. If you need some help let me know!

You seriously cracked me up about the tan fat better than white fat! I am a red-head, so just burn and don't tan, so it sucks because I have no choice on the matter. I couldn't agree with you more on the chocolate animal crackers. I seriously have to stop buying those things because they are so addicting.

I showed Mark my new background last night and he said it looked like old 70's wallpaper and wasn't impressed at all. I said, "RUDE!!" But I didn't mind changing it because I could scroll through those backgrounds all day and try different ones and not get sick of it.

Do you like the area you live in? I'm thinking about the future and Mark working at Kennecott and I know where you live is an ideal location for working there, so I was curious if you really liked the area.

Our neighborhood as a whole I LOVE, and I LOVE the area. BUT the investors came in and bought pretty much the whole neighborhood about 2 years ago...when it was first being developed. So, then the market went down, and now we are stuck with quite a bit of renters. BUT I love my house, and seriously you won't find a better ward for your boys. There is 3 Sunbeam classes, and 4 nurseries. The house next to us is for sale, and it's adorable. ;) The houses just need people to come in and OWN them, and give them TLC! They are all only 2 or 2 1/2 years old. You should come and drive through. They have a lot of lease options, and rent to own stuff. It's a great time to buy for sure. Come stop by, and see us!

The past 2 years I have technically been a stay-at-home mom but I've actually worked from home part-time. I worked for a law firm when we lived in northern Utah for almost 4 years, and coincidentally 2 of those attorneys branched off with their own offices. One where we lived in Davis County, and one in Tooele where we live now. Pretty crazy how it's worked out. I was just going to do stuff from home for him but I really enjoy getting out of the house a little, so I'm trying to line up a babysitter after the 16th (when Mark starts his new job) so I can continue going everyday for a couple hours. So that was a lot of jumble, but yeah, I do legal assistant/paralegal stuff for an attorney and I love it!

Evonne,
Thanks to you for discovering how well magic erasers work on the beautfifully colored tile!!! We have been using it FREQUENTLY. It is nice that I don't have to kill my child because it is so easy to clean up!
Love ya!
