Baby Decor and Paint...
I decided that with this new baby I wanted to do the nursery funky...like my taste. I have a plain white crib, and I REALLY want paint it a fantastic color. I have looked at a lot of bedding, and have picked a few that I like. What do you guys think of the bedding, and the color the crib would be painted?
Or I thought that I could just leave the crib plain white, and do something like this...

Love the green and crispness of the white but I know it is way too plain for you. lol Love the bedding on the one with the red but whoa, the red. What about turquoise for the crib. Still fab but less....whoa! lol (you said you wouldn't be offeded. tee hee)
the railing on a crib would kinda make me think of a firetruck if it were red. Maybe you could do the white crib against a red accent wall.
Personally I love white cribs, but if you want to make a color statement with it I would go with the first choice- it's not overbearing and still adds a great burst of color.

I think white cribs are cool and you can add whatever bedding to it. Plus I love green. a LOT.

I think you should do turquoise and orange, with polka dots and stripes. Or at least turquoise and some other color. I would leave the crip white and then do the funky with the bedding.

The top one is my first pick. Even if you didn't want to paint the crip you still would have an awesome look. I say that because I worry that if you paint the crib the baby would eventually bite it off. My boys seemed to like to chew on there crib. ~Just a thought of mine.
I love the top three choices!! They are soooo you!! I love the bedding in 1 & 3... mostly 1!! The white crib is just not going to work!! LOL I know you way to well to know that you can't not go with the colored crib!! love you guys!!!
Pink for a boy??? Flowers for a boy? What about leaving the crib crisp white and painting the wall orange?? Hmm...I'll look forward to seeing what you do!!!
i love the first one! but for a boy i'd paint the crib the teal/blues in that color scheme. Love them all though! good luck choosing
I love the bright colors! But for a boy, probably the top one would be less feminine... Regardless my choice would always be purple! :) Can't wait to see the final outcome!
My fav is the 3rd one. I also really love the bedding on the 1st. And the 1st isn't so girly. But I like them all, honestly. You have good taste! Good luck in your decision.
I love the bedding in the first one I would leave the crib white or I like the turquoise suggestion, I'm sure it will be FAB and FUNKY!!
well I guess it depends on if the pencil test is right or not... if it IS a boy, I pick the green... otherwise, I personally like the white crib with any bedding... I love white... but I'm kinda plain that way....the pink and orange bedding is darling, but it stands out better with a white crib I think...

I think that I would probably leave the crib white so you don't have to worry about the baby eating off paint or something. Not saying you wouldn't do a good job, just saying. Get funky with the wall colors and accesories. I think my fave crib set is the top one. Its more modern and you could probably use the key pieces as the little one gets bigger.
I like the green, but I also really like the pink and orange. You would just have to make sure that it wasn't blinding by the time you were finished!
I like #1 for a boy and 2# for a girl. I have never thought of painting a crib, so way to be creative. I do have to agree with some of the others. I like the idea to color the walls the funky colors.
My FAV is the first one with leaving the crib white. Where did you find these beddings, they are so cute! Please do tell!
