All of these women (kids and men too!) got together, and brought school supplies to donate to a teacher in Utah...and of course we ate, played, and chatted the night away! It was also to increase awareness of teacher-funded classrooms. I still can't believe that on average teachers spend $1,000 of their own money on classroom supplies. That is what I call dedication to your job.

looks like you guys had fun.... and yes, we teacher folk really do spend WAAAY too much of our own money.... it's really sad :( but more than money is time... I easily work an extra 10 hours per week that I'm not paid for, and probably 2 full weeks in the summer... all for free... because if I don't do it, I won't be ready. It's really crazy.
