Vin __________ Sell

Vin's name came pretty easily. We knew before I was even pregnant what he would be named, if we ever were to have a baby boy. We never have been able to come up with a middle name. Paul doesn't want his name incooperated, like most men do. It would be easy if that was the case. I am half tempted to not do a middle name. I don't want to just pick any old middle name, I want a family name. There is not much of a selection when it comes to boys names that Vin wouldn't absolutely kill me for naming him. I know you don't use a middle name, so should we even bother with one?

I see no need to fill the space if there is no middle name that you really want to give him. However, I don't have a middle name and it always bugged me a little bit as a child (not anymore). It did make me unique, though.. but my first name did that, too. I would either use a name of a man that means a lot to you or another name that you just really like. Or a version of YOUR name- Vin Von Sell? heheh. Again, don't give him a middle name you don't love just because :).

Ok you HAVE to have a middle name, our middle names for all of my siblings have been really important to us. Abby's middle name is Rae because it means Joy of the Father. Cameron's name is Anne because I love Anne of Green Gables. My middle name is my mothers. My siblings have grandparent names as middle names. My mother in law used names for her kid's middle names of friends she loves...lots of ideas!

I love middle names.

I say Yes to the middle name, but I don't have any suggestions really. We usually get out our pedigree sheets and start looking at names until we find one we like. :) (cause I do this so often. :P)

I don't have a middle name, and always wish I did..so I made sure my kids all had one. I'd say yes, but if not no biggie either they will still be just a special :)

I like middle names - only if they mean something - like taking the name of an ancestor or other family member...

Hey girl I was the only one in my family of 4 who did not get a middle name. I don't have any trama from not having one but maybe just a single letter might work. Vin A. Sells Vin B. Sells Vin C. Sells you get the pic go through the rest of the alphabet and see if any thing sounds catchy.... best of luck to you.

If you don't have any other names that you want to use, I think you're totally fine not having one.
Vin is pretty awesome hardcore all on its own anyway. :)

as a child with NO middle name, I really hate my parents for that. Especially because my brother did get one and they told me it was strictly a boy thing... (imagine my shock when I met so many girls with middle names... boo!) my mom's hope was that someday I would actually get married and keep my maiden name as my middle name, thus justifying not giving me a middle name... SO here's my 2 suggestions... 1-use YOUR maiden name (don't know what it is, so maybe that is a bad suggestion?? - that is what my parents did for my brother). OR, 2- I really think James sounds good with Vin's name, and it's just a good solid boy name... but for sure give him at least an initial or something for a middle name (have you ever noticed how all the general authorities have a middle initial, like Thomas S. Monson, or L. Tom Perry... so I think all boys should have something to sound all official!)

Ok, there's my 2 cents. Does Van have a middle name?

Jason didn't really use his until recently. He now uses it because there are more than one Jason Francis. My suggestion for middle name: Edward or Jacob, because you know half of the boys born in the next 3 years will have those names. lol
