A lot of the giveaway blogs have these now so you get less spam and your readers don't have to show their e-mail addresses (saves them from being spammed too!) Plus its easier to separate each giveaway and pick winners. Usually its not quite so big though..working on that :)

My oldest is almost in the "men's" section. He just shot up and is now nearing 5 ft 5 inches... :-( They grow up way to fast.
