Food Review and Giveaway: Yogurt Stop

The Yogurt Stop has such a fun atmosphere, and a cool concept. I have been meaning to stop by a dozen times, and finally had the chance over this past weekend. Sam Jo went along with Van and I...and I am pretty sure that I made Sam Jo laugh the entire time. I hope that Tom from the Yogurt Stop doesn't think that I am a complete dork, even though I am.This is the green apple yogurt above...they give you little sample cups to try out all of the flava's! Green apple kind of reminded me of a Jolly Rancher. It is a self serve yogurt shop...from your yogurt to your toppings...you get to decide how much of everything you would like. They weigh it at the end, and you pay by the ounce. Cool huh? We were a little hesitant, and didn't put as much in our bowls...we soon regretted that when we headed to the cash register and our total bill was $5.32 for both of us!! I normally pay that price for one bowl of yogurt from that other place, and I don't get to decide the end result.I will definitely have to go back and try all of their funky toppings. Who would have thought of fruity pebbles on yogurt? Not only do they have a bunch of "junk food", this place has fresh fruit too! Funny picture of me shoving my face, and Van wishing she was!

On to the fun part...

Tom from the Yogurt Stop wants you to come and try it out. He gave me a $10 gift card to give to one of my lucky readers!! Waahoo!! Believe me it is worth trying out. I am going back to take Paul...he will love it!

This location is in Sandy on 8755 S Highland Dr, and they have a location in Bountiful on 463 Main St...and soon will be opening up in Draper, stay tuned!!

The commenting starts now.

This giveaway will end on Sunday the 19th of July @ Midnight.

Sounds like fun! Maybe you could pick me and I could give it to my Mom and sister and they could try it out for me, although I wish it could be me. They need to branch off to Mesa, Az.=)

I LOVE the yogurt stop... I was a nanny for my cousins in Sandy the summer that the shop opened, and we were there ALL the time... I think I filled 2 punch cards... but now I'm never out that way. Oh how I miss that place. I need to win so I can go back and revist an old favorite :)

yay! I could probably get yogurt for all of my kids for $10! If not, pretty darn close. We hardly ever go out for that kind of stuff cuz ice cream/yogurt for a butt load of kids = super expensive. Great giveaway!!

How "cool" would a sweet yogurt be? Yes, I am pretty lame right now, but I do believe some sweets with a little yogurt underneath might do the trick :)

WHOA how come I never noticed that you are doing a giveaway for freakin' ice cream [well, frozen yogurt, but same diff]?! I have this addiction to the frozen stuff.

Okay, to be honest, I have an addiction to anything with sugar in it, but still. Would love to win!
