Food Review: Greek Food

I am just going to forewarn you, these pictures do not do this food justice. You really have to go try it, and see for yourself. (If you can't see the addy it is 2700 S and 111 E in SLC)This is a small little place off of State St in Salt Lake. If you blink, you might just pass it! Paul found this place a few years ago, and I think I fell more in love with him from that day on!I ordered the biggest meal on the menu (I think) so that I could share with Van. There was so much food that Paul had some too, and it was all just $10!! Really, I know! My meal came with a beef kabob, chicken kabob, gyro meat, pita bread, salad, and rice...and I might be leaving something out.
(The chicken is the meat that is bright orange.)
I will hands down pick beef over chicken any day of the week, but not at this joint. I don't know how they cook their chicken, but I swear the phrase "melts like butter" was invented because of their chicken. Literally the most amazingly delicious chicken you will ever taste, and if it isn't tell me the place to go...I wanna try it!
I wish that I had taken more pictures, but I was so excited to eat I forgot. =)
You will just have to try it out, and see for yourself. Von wouldn't lead you astray,
I promise!

Dieting is not for me, a muffin top is what I'll be!

Love myself a little Greek! You should try one of my faves: The Greek Market on 3000 S and State.

I think this is the place someone took me earlier in the year AND so...the food was good but their garbage cans were like modly inside the smell was overpowering that I actually got sick...:(

oh snap Vanessa! =( Sorry you got sick. I didn't look inside the 1 garbage can they had in their, but it was a covered one...mmm, and I didn't smell anything either. Maybe the mold problem is taken care of. BUT I will tell all of my readers that most of the places I eat at ARE not fine dining...if you have a problem with cleanliness you might want to e-mail me for more deets on the place. LOL
