the story I didn't tell.

Mother's Day weekend Van and I went to a little party. All of the children were able to do little projects for their Mom's, and we played a competitive game of "I love my Mom" bingo. We were enjoying being Mom and Daughter until Van saw him. Him being Calloway, Van's crush. I had no idea Van had such deep feelings for said little boy. As soon as she knew that he was in the building no project or game was going to keep her mind off of him.
This is where the story is funny for most...not me. Okay, maybe it was funny for me too! After all the projects were done we were to sit down for breakfast. I make our plates, and tell Van to pick a spot. Can you guess what happened? Um yeah, Van tells me "Mom, go sit somewhere else!" What!? Really!? "Mom, I don't want you to be around, I am waiting for Calloway!" So, Van sat on one side of the gym, and I was the only Mom sitting without her child...all the way on the other side of the gym. I laughed how at 4 she is already embarrassed by me, and is already flirting. I had no idea this happened so young. I think that I might be in trouble...what do you think?

They must start young now days, reminds me of my first grader..boy crazy! The the boys are worse than she is!!! I helped in her class a few days a week most of the school year and they would go ga ga over her the second she walked in the room reguardless I was there listening. They spent the entire recess hiding and yelling at her they loved her. it was too funny!

You will have your hands full, she is sure a cutie!
