It has been 48 hours since I started my farm, and it is official...I am addicted. If you don't know what Farm Town is, you either aren't on Facebook, or you have denied every request! Either way I don't blame you, because it is all I think about. As you can see I can't even think about a blog post...all my mind can think about is Farm Town. Some may say this is pathetic. I know, I agree!
I have even found myself calling my BIL Hiram for pointers on how to make a great farm. My sista and him had a good laugh at my pathetic work. "Of course it is pathetic, that is why I am calling you for pointers," I fought back! =) 
With the Hiram's help my farm is going to look fab in a few days...so, I will be busy plowing, harvesting, and planting.

I really think we need to hang out. What you like I like. :) Your farm is looking good. My addiction right now (at least on fb) is Mafia Wars. It's a good one.
Just like the midwest mommy, I refuse to get sucked in... mainly because I am so ADD these days and will look for any excuse NOT to do homework... everyone I know that is on it is totally addicted (including my 7 year old nephew who helps his mommy!) I will not, no CAN not open a farmtown farm until after December 11th, which is my graduation day! I am 2 classes away from my masters... I can't lose my focus now!!
BUT... the one addiction that I do have is How I Met Your Mother... I have all three seasons on DVD and watch it over and over and over... I pretty much have every episode memorized. It's the funniest show ever. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I turn it on :) Yeah, I'm cool like that.

I told myself that I can't do one more thing, and then I done gone and signed myself up for farm town. I screwed myself this time. LOL
All the boys at work are all about Mafia wars though, and maybe when the my farm all dies...I will join that. What do you think?

I keep getting the invites, but since I can't access Facebook at work (which is good, I guess?), I never had time to bother trying them, though I wondered what that was! It looks so cute!

I'm totally hooked on the game myself. I have always grown up around farmers but never really thought much of them until I started playing this game. Now when I drive by a farm, I think about how it reminds me of the good old Farm Town and that I would like to maybe try it myself.
